Our goal is to have trained One Million software engineers in Africa by 2030
As the African continent continues to undergo rapid technological development, it is noticeable that the number of women accompanying this growth is low. As of 2020, women in tech make up about 29% of the tech workforce. Through the Semicolon Women in Tech Initiative, we are actively fostering and promoting the participation of women in the digital economy across Africa. We do this through programs, mentorship, and community networks.
